Psalms 34

One thing I admired about David from reading Psalms was his attitude.

In Psalms 34, David was glorifying and proclaiming that he will always praise the Lord.

The beautiful thing about this is that while David was going through trails he still gave all his praises to our Father and exalted God for who He is.

David was confident God would deliver him. He knew that Gods angels were covering him because of his fear of the Lord and this is the type of faith and fear we need to have as Christians. Regardless of his circumstance he knew that he was still blessed because he took refuge in Lord. David knew he was not forsaken and that we will experience troubles however no one who goes to God for refuge will be condemned. When you call onto the Lord he will answer you.

Use Psalms 34 as a reminder to keep your eyes on the Lord and to be mindful of your words from speaking evil and lies because the eyes of the Lord is on the righteous. God is always with us. He is near to you in your dispear, your heartbreaks, disappointments, and he rescues us from whatever we are dealing with. The Lord is our Savior.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, we thank for you for being our refuge and rescuing us from our struggles. Father, I pray that the person reading this becomes confident in your ability to always turn situations around for good. Thank you for answering our prayers and being such a good Father. I pray when we get lost in our struggles you remind us of Psalms 34 and give us peace knowing that your are in control.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
